Tiburon Screenwriting Panel Tomorrow!
Just a final reminder, folks, Joe McBride, Sam Hamm and I will be speaking at the Tiburon Film Festival tomorrow on a panel titled: “Screenwriting at a Crossroads”. We’ll be talking about the state of the spec market, opportunities for aspiring screenwriters and whatever subjects you want to bring up in the Q&A. OK, we know this is going to be lots of questions for Sam about Batman…
Venue: Bay Model, 2100 Bridgeway, Sausalito
Showtime: Saturday, April 21, 2012 @ 01:00 PM
In case you don’t know it, the address isn’t ‘Motel’ misspelled, its the building with the big model of the San Francisco Bay, in Sausalito.
Tiburon Screenwriting Panel Confirmed for April 21st.
I just had the confirmation from Saeed Shafa at the Tiburon Film Festival. Joe McBride, Sam Hamm and I will be speaking, taking questions and signing books at 1pm on Saturday April 21st at the Bay Motel, Sausalito. The provisional title for our panel is: “Screenwriting at a Crossroads: Today’s Options for Aspiring Screenwriters”. I’ll post and changes and official publicity materials as they emerge. Should be fun, so spread the word.
Julian Hoxter To Speak at Tiburon Film Festival
I will be on a Screenwriting Panel at the Tiburon International Film Festival, with my friend and colleague, Joe McBride (author of Writing in Pictures: Screenwriting Made (Mostly) Painless) and the great Sam Hamm (screenwriter of Batman, Batman Returns and Monkeybone). Joe and I will also be signing books.
When the three of us get together it is always great fun, there are stories, insights and general good fellowship all round. Don’t miss this entertaining event, coming in April. I will post the exact date and time when we have everything confirmed, so watch – as they say – this space.
